Quality Comes First! We Make Sure That Every Minute Detail Is Looked Into While Manufacturing Even The Smallest Product. All products are made according to SFD OE standards and specifications. All products will be inspected prior to shipping.

Hubcap assembly

Torque controlled process. Automatic screwing.

Hubcap test

Venting is critical to the hub system. We use high precision leakage tester to validate the venting pressure of hubcaps.

High temperature test

Hubcaps need to work well at high and low temperatures to ensure perfect sealing performance at harsh conditions.

Side fill plug gluing

Threadlocker is critical to NPT side fill plugs to avoid leakage. We use automatic gluing machine and Loctite 516 to ensure threadlocker is at correct place and length.

Autopack POF

Automatic POF packing machine is used for wrapping hubcaps for aftermarket clients.
